TACAMA ORGANIC FRUIT VINEGAR
Origin
This ORGANIC fruit vinegars made from berries (strawberry, raspberry & blackberry ) are unique in its category. The berries are carefully selected from organically grown plantations at a farm located in Ñuble, VII region, 400 Kms. South of Santiago.
The berries are harvested during the summer months of December through January after an expert supervision of its ripeness and bricks grade (sugar content).
Characteristics
Tacama Organic berries vinegar it is delicate vinegar of excellent quality, with the typical aroma and colour of processed fruits. The elaboration method is 100% natural, performed with the organic standard, obtaining a product free of chemical inputs and maintaining the beneficial properties of the original fruit.

The resulting of Tacama Organic Fruit vinegars tend to be sweet and delicate in flavour and aroma and make a nice complement to salads, salads dressings and fruits.
