Neo Oils S.A. / Agrocates Farm was Organically Certificated by IMO Swiss in 2003 and became the first organic avocado producer in the area pioneering this agricultural philosophy. Our extraction plant obtained the IMO certification in 2006 as well.

Characteristics
ApaltaT™ Organic Avocados are grown under international organic procedures and extracted from 100% Hass Avocado, using techniques that are authorized by the Codex Alimentarius mechanical methods that avoids the use of chemical additives that can alter the organic quality or nature of the oil.
Smoke Point and Tasting Notes
It has a high smoking point of 250°C (491°F), which allows this product to keep its quality even when cooked at high temperature.
Delicate taste and scent of fresh mature Avocado, along with slight nuttiness in its finish. It is a perfect base for Mediterranean diet.
Health & Nutritional
Apalta™ Organic Avocado Oil has a high level of monounsaturated fats, a high rate of oleic acid (omega Ω9) and a balanced amount of polyunsaturated fats, with a good source of linoleic acid (omega Ω6), essential to our human body. These acids contribute to reduce “bad” L.D.I. cholesterol and increase “good” H.D.L cholesterol. This oil also has bioactive components, including natural antioxidants, such as Tocopherols (Vitamin E) and Beta-Carotene (Pro-vitamin A) and a high concentration of Beta Sitosterol, and Chlorophyll (responsible of its emerald-green color)
